Villa description: Wonderful luxury villas ideally situated only at 1.7 Km from one of the golden-sand beach, and the town, where shopping area, leisure and main restaurants is, and at 2 Km from the fabulous Marina Rubicon Harbour.
Every villa is surrounding by private terrace, grass area, and garden. They composed of, in the ground floor (first floor), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub) and the second bathroom is fit with a hydro-massage tap. Both comfortable bedrooms come with wardrobe built-it, air conditioning and heater. Also the main room has safe box.
It consists of a practical kitchen totally equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and double refrigerator.
A warm lounge - dinning room, with views to the delightful pool area, comes with high-quality furniture, air conditioning, heater, T.V. satellite, and D.V.D. player.
Moreover, for your own and family enjoyment, in the flowerbed area is the heated swimming pool (size: 7m x 3.50 m. – depth: 1.40 x 1.60 m), with beautiful views, fully equipped of singles sun-beds, where you can relax and get a nice suntan. In addition, a big terrace-table with BBQ for all the families lunch or dinner outside or under the porch, and a small pool for babies.
Other two roomy bedrooms in the lower-level (which you have to accede to it from an exterior stairs) are fit with wardrobe built-it and enjoy English-patio. This floor comes with a warm bathroom and a spacious living-dinning room.

Area description: These lovely villas are ideally situated very near the town centre and the beaches, as well as the beautiful Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca. Guests will find restaurants, bars, discos and shops all within 1.5 km of the villas.
