Villa description: Fantastic 3 bedrooms villa located in Playa Blanca, at only 600 m from the fabulous Marina Rubicón harbour, where you can found restaurants, supermarkets, Banks, shops,…; and at 1.5 km from one of the golden sand beaches.
Large living-dining room, decorated with high quality furniture, comes with air conditioning and heater, satellite TV, DVD and comfortable sofas.
The nice kitchen, open to the living room, is well-done equipped with ceramic-cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, double fridge, kettle, toaster, and a complete household.
The villa has two double bedrooms and the third bedrooms come with 2 single beds. All of them comes with air conditioning/heater and built in wardrobe.
