Villa description: Complex of half attached villas with private parking located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, at only 2 Km (20 minutes walking) from the shopping area, leisure, restaurants and the gold sand beach.
Each villa had been built on its own 500 square metre plot with open views, a wide garden area, and private pool, size 7 x 3 metres and depth: 0.65 x 1.50 m.
Every single villa consist of 2 nice bedrooms, with built in wardrobe, having the main bedroom its own bathroom on suite with bath, air conditioning, heated and security safe box.
A modern kitchen totally equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electrical coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and a complete household. Next to, there is a storeroom where is located the washing machine, thermo and clotheslines.
Living/dinning room with high quality furniture comes with an inner patio and beautiful views of the pool area. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, air-conditioning, and heater.
In the terrace, terrace’s furniture under the porch, you can organize family barbecues outdoors, like enjoying the sun in individual sun bed around the private pool, or from the solarium in the top of the villa.
