Villa description: Wonderful semi detached villas, located in Playa Blanca, at just 3,6 Km from the town and all amenities. The villas belong to a residential resort, enjoy great privacy and security, as well as an absolute peace.
The 3-bedroomed villas have two floors; on the first floor the living room with air conditioning is situated with direct access to the terrace, providing video-intercom, 6 sun beds and a table sitting 6 people, the salon with flat screen TV with satellite, a radio with CD and DVD player, as well as a table, sitting 6 people, independent kitchen with a double fridge, ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, juice maker, toaster, dishwasher and a complete kitchenware and two bedrooms with twin beds, bath with bath cube and bidet.
The second floor consists out of a comfort and spacious main bedroom with a double bed and direct access to a small balcony, air conditioning, a digital safety box, as well as a ¨en-suite¨ bathroom with bath cube, shower cabin and hairdryer.

The private and heated swimming pool with sizes 7,50 x 3,80 metres (depth: 0,60 x 1,80 metres) and a build-in-barbecue. Please note that the pool will only be heated between November until April.

Area description: Playa Blanca is located south of Lanzarote, and in recent years has established itself as the third tourist enclave on the island. Rewarded on several occasions for its neatness, this pleasant and quiet area is ideal for the rest of the family.
Playa Blanca has a varied and thriving hotel service environment: bars, restaurants, shops ... and one of the best marinas of Lanzarote. Very close to it are the beaches of Papagayo where white sand and crystal clear water is looming between the cliffs.
